FUNDAMENTAL DAY-OF COORDINATION

The Essentials Package is meticulously crafted for clients who devotedly planned their event down to the last detail, yet recognize the invaluable peace of mind that comes from professional oversight. This streamlined service ensures your carefully laid plans are executed flawlessly, allowing you to savour every moment of your special day without stress.

    • Vendor Coordination

    • Basic Décor Setup and Teardown

    Day-of Coordination

    • Up to 8 hours with 1 Lead Coordinator & 1 Assistant Coordinator at 1 venue (extra fees will apply if there are more than one venue)

  • Starting Investment: $2,000

    Note: This is a starting price point and the final pricing may adjust according to your guest count, event location, and the extent of services required.

    Payment: An initial deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due 14 days before the event day.

    Max Guest Count: Please note that our base Signature package accommodates up to 150 guests. If your guest count exceeds 150, additional coordinator(s) may be required.

During the pivotal last eight weeks, we seamlessly take over the most stressful period of the planning process, ensuring you can focus on celebrating your special day.

    Tasks & Deliverables:

    • All Essentials Package Inclusions, PLUS:

    • Comprehensive Vendor Review

    • Rehearsal Coordination and/or Site Visit

    • Access to Preferred Vendors

    • Enhanced On-Site Coordination

    Day-of Coordination

    • Up to 10 hours with 1 Lead Coordinator + 1 Assistant Coordinator at up to 2 venues

  • Starting Investment: $2,500

    Note: This is a starting price point and the final pricing may adjust according to your guest count, event location, and the extent of services required.

    Payment: An initial deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due before the event day.

    Max Guest Count: Please note that our base Signature package accommodates up to 150 guests. If your guest count exceeds 150, additional assistant coordinator(s) will be required. The maximum guest count eligible for this package is 300.

    • All Signature Package Inclusions, PLUS:

    • Mood Board Creation

    • Design Recommendations

    • Vendor Research & Selection Assistance (up to 3)

    • Strategic Layout Planning

    Day-of Coordination

    • Up to 12 hours with 1 Lead Coordinator + 2 Assistant Coordinators in 2 or more venues

  • Starting Investment: $5,000

    Payment: An initial deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due before the event day.
