From the first consultation to the final timeline, Alyssa takes care of all the pre-event planning, handling calls, building schedules, and ensuring every detail is perfectly in place before the big day. What started as crafting custom gifts during the pandemic quickly evolved into a full-fledged passion for coordinating weddings and events. Alyssa’s journey began with planning her own debut and grew with every client who trusted her to bring their vision to life.

Zyrille is the OG member of the ATS family and Alyssa’s partner-in-crime since our very first event! As one of our Lead Coordinators, she not only manages on-site coordination but also ensures every detail unfolds seamlessly on the big day. With a keen eye for décor—especially anything floral—Zyrille’s creativity and passion shine through in everything she does.
She’s been working alongside Alyssa since 2015, from their early professional adventures to now being a vital part of ATS. A Hospitality and Tourism graduate, Zyrille’s love for events runs deep, bringing both expertise and heart to every celebration.
Her favorite moment? Fluffing a bride’s dress just before the walk down the aisle—because it’s all about the details that make each event truly magical!

Also a Hospitality and Tourism graduate, Reina brings years of hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and people management—making her an invaluable part of our team. Her calm energy, exceptional multitasking skills, and team-first attitude allow her to handle even the most intricate details with ease.

She joined us as our event calendar got busier, quickly proving herself with her can-do attitude and ability to handle any challenge that comes her way.
